How people can get involved

There are lots of local cycle races and a Fun Run as part of the Criterium on Saturday 4^th September and bike and skate workshops on Sunday 5^th September, or people can just cheer the race as it goes by.

Spectators are being encouraged to use existing off-highway cycle routes to view the race.,

The route goes through a number of town centres which can be accessed using public transport.

There will also be a giant TV screens on the Promenade so everyone can follow the action
