By Rail
An hourly service runs between Penzance and St Erth to connect with the scenic St Ives & Carbis Bay branch line.
Penzance is the terminus of the mainline with inter-city express trains operating regularly daily direct from London Paddington, Birmingham New Street, the North and Scotland. There is a Sleeper Train service operating daily to and from London Paddington.
By Bus
National Express runs coach routes to Penzance from London Victoria, Heathrow and across the country. For detailed journey information please go to nationalexpress.com
By Road
Head south west, once you reach Exeter, join the A30 and follow it all the way to Penzance.
By Air
Newquay International Airport is the nearest commercial airport to Penzance and there are direct flights daily from London Gatwick, Leeds-Bradford and Manchester airports. During the summer, seasonal flights operate from an additional nine British airports. International flights operate from Ireland and Portugal, while flights to and from Germany should commence in 2018.
Penzance Heliport is the modern home of the helicopter service to the Isles of Scilly, located just off the A30, and just a mile from Penzance Rail Station by electric shuttle bus.
